RE:RE:RE:RE:financingI don't see that there's any committment to provide $40 million. JET has to find that on their own for this deal to close. The Latvian company has the option to buy an additional $7.5 million @ .33 cents if this deal closes - i.e. if JET gets an additional $40 million and their operation certificate. Please correct if wrong.
