RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:LiabilityI would note Bernard that the leakage document you have referred us to was dated Feb 2013.
Of course, if you haven't been following developments, TSO3 have improved the system dramatically since then and it received further approval by the FDA just last spring as the only system that can now actually sterilize long complex endoscopes.
There are also video's on line with actual end users of the technology attesting to the obvious superiorty of the VP4 system. But what would would they know?
Also note that 3M did not give up the agreement with TSO3 without a fight as TSO3 paid a penalty rather than fight it in court - a fight TSO3 would probably have won if they hadn't went bankrupt fighting a vastly larger and well financed 3M
It is well known by most here that Getinge had management problems for years and was not focusing on the TSO3 system but however still purchased hundreds of VP4's as their agreement called for. Note also it was TSO3 that ended the agreement mostly due to lack of installs.
Further to that I understand that Getinge can still purchase the VP4 and probably will do once they get their house in order.
Given your very negative out look I'm left to wonder why an experienced investor, if you are, would even consider TSO3 ?
