Good Article On Trulieve... From Investors Hub Dude1967I would like to forward a great response found on seeking alpha credit to writer going by name scramyall:
This is a fine article; now, may I provide an on-the-scene description of Trulieve? Disclaimer: I am a Florida licensed customer who is long TCNNF, and I purchased 1K shares (through Schwab) a couple of months ago, after using Trulieve's products prescribed for me almost a year earlier, primarily CBD for earlier service related injuries. Since my doc wanted me off over-the-counter stuff (and worse), I've used no pain killers nor hard liquor. I'm also using Sativa based TCH products (via vape pen) occasionally. This year T/L has more than doubled its retail outlets and strategically located them throughout the state and I've visited several stores. They are well located, attractively designed, clean and comfortable. Quite a bit of progress as retailers has been made. T/L's product line has increased substantially and products are priced reasonably (the ones I'm using require only two or three doses per day and I'm now pain-free). T/L's stores - now 22 in number -are easily located and parking problems have lessened considerably, possibly due to aggressive buy online promotions. Buying online - often at a discount on holidays - customers merely have to show up with proper I.D.and their orders await and are ready.-to-go. Better than drive-thru and home delivery is also available. Stores are near population centers near the coasts and interstate highways.. Retail outlets are attractive and clean and polite personnel know the product specifications and characteristics. Any questions are freely answered. On recent visits, I observed patients, including many women, in the wait room conversing with each other about products. The website provides knowledge in detail, and the "chat" feature is active. The "farm" is near Quincy, FL (in the northwest panhandle and not a tourist area) near I-10.. It's location has been a boon for jobs and it is very welcome there, as Quincy is not a tourist area. Undoubtedly, the farm has room to expand there at a reasonable cost. It is not far from the GA and AL borders.
As for marketing and the future. T/L has now moved into MA & CA and I'm pleased, as there is a substantial seasonal movement of consumers between MA and FL. For several months each year, FL's population increases from about 16M residents to an estimated 30M during tourist "season." Add the popularity of FL to the millions of Canadians who winter here and spring breakers, also. That said, FL is CERTAINLY going to expand legalized use, as tax revenues are essential to the state's budget problems. (Florida's constitution prohibits an income tax and folks here will NEVER approve changing that! !!) Presently, wherever you go here, enormous housing projects are under construction with cranes visible in every direction. Sadly, cancer patients are growing here, as populations age, and hospitals are expanding massively. Given that, Big Pharma will take a hard look at its opportunity in cannabis here in FL.
I plan to be adding to my present positions, and I recommend readers do the same.
