The buck passing by Ottawa on Gunnar is one thing. Saskatchewan has spent $135 million on the remediation to date, Ottawa $1 million. That's why the province is suing the feds for their half of the costs which was agreed to years ago. Seriously, this burden should be shared by all the NATO nations. That would be true globalism.
