I am still around but waiting to see the outcome of this statement:

APC and Heidelberg Pharma have agreed to extend their collaboration in two important ways. Heidelberg Pharma are in the process of negotiating terms for APC's linker technology to be included in the amanitin tool box available to pharma partners developing new ADCs. Also, Heidelberg Pharma and APC will continue to identify and test ADC drug candidates that best exploit the combined strengths of both our technologies.

These negotiations and contracts take a long time especially when it comes to larger dollar deals.   1.  negotiate the terms, means x performance and y dollars due from it but there could be so many branches to the logic.   2.  Legal agreement, this will take several back and forths between legal.    

The other thing is HDL and Magenta are in San Diego next week show AC results from what I read on their site.  Maybe a joint announcement ??
