much expectation on future developement than in partner IMNP
that imo will still survive and go foward w Ico008 
but I always take out off the Ico value that venue...
is all about Ico019 from last year...
and yes they need or may not need a JV or PP
to complete phase 2 
and maybe they go foward by their own...and sp will recover...
why will be at 2?
