You realize the offering wasnt closed until after January, the stock price was well below 1.30$/share at the time. You are trying to tell me they bought 40Mil worth of shares then sold it at a loss of 30+% right off the bat? How would that hurt Harvest one in the long run? 

They secured the bought deal at a premium price, if the bought deal fell thru right as the market tanked, I would be more suspcious. 

But good scare tactic bud.
