The RS is a tool they want available to exercise if and when a consolidation is required to improve the company's overall position. The RS is of no consequence to you or I if the company is strong and moving forward with increasing sales/ revenues....the value of the company is reflected in the SP not the share count, so if there is a 5 to 1 split each share you own is just worth 5x as much and you lose nothing, while you will realize the gain/ loss in dollars going forward. The only question is do you see FIRE's SP north of here, if not I would be selling split or no split...I see it much further north from here, in which case the dollars in my jeans will be the same split or no split, JMHO....Opt

Exactly my thoughts & why I submitted my "No" votes already!
Maybe I'm missing something, but how can you ask for approval/reauthorization to continue issuing more share along with an employee share purchase program while asking for approval to do a 1/5 RS...WTH!
I'm willing to be educated; if someone can provide insight beyond saying "we have to retain talent" (b/c so far that talented isn't reflected in the SP)!
Execute on the things that have been talked about for years/months and bring shareholders value & then let's talk/vote next Nov!
