Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. The Company's business model is to source waste feedstock from industrial producers and other suppliers and convert the feedstock into valuable fuels. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:time to start putting guys on ignore.....What leads you to believe they are years away?

Many more millions needed? Both JV releases indicate two parties are going to finance the entire cost of erecting the refineries in their respective jurisdictions.

Selling territories to raise cash is suspect? How so... it is the exact opposite. Why in the world would someone invest a quarter million just to secure the rights and then agree to finance approx. $20 million? Shareholders would rather raise cash this way then continue to dilute....

I dont care who these 3rd parties are... all I care about is that they already paid $250,000 and are financing the future builds... I would find it hard to believe any private company would blindly throw money around without their due diligence resulting in your unsubstantiated conclusion of "years away"...

I couldnt find a website on them either but thats because I havent looked... private money flowing into Cielo is nothing but a positive sign. IF they agreed to pay $250,000 but havent sent a penny yet then the deal fell throough I would agree with you in terms of being suspect..

What exactly are you wanting to learn about these private companies lol?? They paid a QUARTER MILLION up front! Where I come from, thats a lot of dough!.... over 3 to 5x your investment if you had 440,000 shares..
