Hi Wounded. Land selection is a start, but didn't they just fly somewhere to make sure infrastructure was in place to begin building? ie: plumbing, drainage, cement pads? The acquisition of land doesn't impress me much. I was under the impression we already had the land and it was in the process of being prepped. GLTA
