RE:#s out on sedar...dilution coming.. darnOk someone needs to go back to school and learn to read financial statements properly. Don't have time to debate this right now but going to make a short post to debunk this train of thought. If you read the MD&A of the company, it is easy to see that the 1.9 million was from Desert Zen revenue alone....and only from 16 days of operation during the quarter. That works out to a run rate over 11M per quarter or 45M per year! The company guidance, in their investor presentation on the Chemesis website is for 36ish million for California, PR and Colombia combined and they announced revenue in Q1 that beats that with only a sliver of the revenue streams included. This was confirmed by the company NR on the financials and a couple independant investment sources.
These are all facts included in the MD&A of the Chemesis financials on Sedar and there are also many other clues in the financials of more progress being made.
Nothing personal Michael but #saren'tpretty is a significant misstatement. Should have been #Ineedtoreadthefinancialsproperly haha.
One last point, I obviously don't know for sure as I don't talk to the company....but here is a direct quote from the NR for the $25 million dollar financing from Alumina:
"The agreement details the purchase of up to $25,000,000 of units of the Company (the “Units”), consisting of one common share (the “Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (the “Warrants”), at discounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the market price of the Shares, with each Private Placement Offering occurring exclusively at the option of the Company, throughout the 24 month term of the agreement

Instead the company did a small finacing at a 25% premium to the closing stock price last night with an acceleration clause....seems pretty good for shareholders to me. Let's see.....offer a firm 15-25% discount or have insiders who have not sold a share pay a 25% premium to the previous closing price.....the answer seems pretty obvious to me.
People need to read and understand before they post......
