RE:Globe & Mail Extract

RE:Globe & Mail ExtractI spoke with management a couple of weeks back, and they said they're weren't interested in MAs at this time. Cormark analyst Amir Arif says Shareholders are more interested in companies that are paying dividends, or buying back shares. https://www.reuters.com/article/canada-crude-ma/canadian-oil-producers-trade-shares-for-growth-but-investors-hard-to-impress-idUSL2N1Y41T8 . If this is true, then we should be better served by having the NCIB than doing a merger. Unless of course someone wants to buy us out on the cheap. I don't anticipate management letting the company go for cheap. They have the best property in the Montney, and their operational challenges and big expenditures are in the rear view mirror. Time to expect a change to under promising and over delivering.
