Ucore wouldn't have agreed to pay $10M for IBC....Ucore wouldn't have agreed to pay $10M for IBC in the first place if there wasn't at least a few Million on the bottom line...JMHO

Clearly IZZY would not be trying to get out of a 10M purchase price if IBC was worth any less than that. My bet is that it's worth ten of millions, and Ucore is stealing IBC for well below what it's worth.  Otherwise, why the big resistance by IZZY?
