RE:RE:RE:Something is not right here...Some good posts today.  Thanks for the thoughts.
Personally i keep adding after just reiniating a position last week.  CVE and BNP are my biggest positions.  CPG is very interesting as a turnaround play which i hope will be an upgrade in management in 2019 and then as well as CDN oil / gas industry turn around in 2019 into 2020.  
Ask yourself this...as we continue to experience this volatility (mostly downside at present) and if in 2 years current prices double / triple or more, is it not worth the short term frustration?  I think back to winter 2009 and wish i added more than i did at that time to great companies like the banks when they were yielding 10%.  This is like winter 2009 for the CDN oil companies.  Eventually the differential will narrow and shares will go up and you will be glad you did.  It has to narrow for the sake of the cdn economy, for continued investment in Canada by foreigners and for our way of life.
