Neo Lithium

Neo LithiumSo Waldo Perez asked to the shareholders to wait until the Q1 2019 to get a update and better valuation of the project before to close a deal to a finance partner. I am  totally agree and ready to wait another 4 months . I haved done a re-buy this week .30 millions already invest in the project, 45 millions in the bank and a market cap of 101,1 millions. this is crazy.

Mineral resources MIN.AX gain 25 % after the deal with Albermale.

Here is an article from Millenail lithium(always good to compare yourself to others)

Potential off-takers
Harris says the firm is already in talks with potential off-takers of the quality lithium aimed at being produced, and around a dozen non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) have already been signed.
He is looking at financing the overall cost of the project at $400 million with around half equity and half debt and notes that the ease of being loaned the money will depend heavily on the "strength of the offtake partners".
