I believe the options have to be consolidated alongside the shares, I don't believe the TSX would allow anything else. 

If I am correct, the loan note converts at 6c, so not much underwater, but still it will be interesting for many reasons as an indicator.  If, as I think I am seeing, these guys are on a new trajectory with the compnay, this loan note will be seen as a hang over the company going forward.

Rolling it over is certainly an option and maybe they look to achieve a price that makes the comversion a slam dunk in the future? So you are right, it may not happen, but should it happen, I hope they can tell us who takes cash and who takes shares, well at least the percentages.  

Probably as insiders, we will be able to work it out as they are abliged to announce share aquisitions, but I dont know if they are obligated to announce percentages on the loan note, although it would seem announceable to me.
