Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

We are so much more now than described in these reports because GRB MOVES SO DARNED FAST! Back when these were written Real Block was just out there...now it is a very big deal. Ditto Tehachapi. Still these are very good background reads on the co and management.
