However, it says 25,000 sq ft of production & cultivation.

So it won't be 100% cultivation space in both.

Plus an additional 10,000 sq ft for the second floor of Buddy's Cannabis in San Jose.

To my understanding (please correct me if I'm wrong so I can fix my MedMen footprint map), Tempe and Phoenix both (Level Up acquisition) are 25,000 sq ft each, plus 20,000 sq ft from the Monarch acquisition = 70,000 sq ft for Arizona.
