I'm not stock expert by any means, but if people will take the time to read his report on APH they'll see it's a company specific issue (not the cannabis sector as a whole).  Even made that comment in a quick interview this morning. 

In the brief interview this morning he stated some offices of the company's they purchased were abandoned and that insiders (Like the wife of someone internally) had setup shell companies.  Basically looked like the accounting was artificially inflated.    

This is just summary of what the guy said so don't quote me word for word since I'm probably losing a little more info in my summary/translation.
