What are people Doing?? Buy? Sell?

What are people Doing?? Buy? Sell?whats going on. are people buying on the dip. or are people looking to get out. usually after a dip the stock may bounce back up. but with that bounce back. are people looking to sell? Im just so confussed of whats going on. the news just doesn't sound good.
