Vic is the same fruit who bought NUU for half a BILLION when NUU had 0 public financials for existing shareholders to judge and determine if value made sense. Only after today's famous short seller revealed Aphria insiders were all in NUU at fractions of a penny. 

Do you understand fractions of a penny? 

Today, more of the same gets released for Latin America. You have to be blind as a bat to think this is OK and Vic is a great guy.

He is a disgrace to all Chartered Accountants.
