RE:RE:RE:looks like a positive week ahead...(hopefully)China shut down a bunch of smelters. Maybe the remaining ones are using the scarcity of smelters to jack up the TCs.

Maybe there is an internal "Cartel" of smelters tthat got together and "colluded" to do some "price fixing".
