RE:Nuvo Pharmaceuticals™ Declared Winning Bidder to Acquire ARZAt least mean the sale of the 2 major brands is going..1 down/ waiting for the other one..cant remenber but think both were in the order of $240M usd...checking with the lawyer/monitor said the liquidation process will continue for a few months...so all can do i wait and hope they are able to sell all...there is $280M usd in creditors ahead of stockholders per a report from the monitor...unsure how much was in Cash before in liquidation but if you find the cash + sales minus the debt and divided by the # shares will tell you high level where is going to land..i asked the.lawyer/ monitor.."no comment"...
