i lost money .how did a member of bridgemark group

get 80 million shares and sell them for 4 million dollars how in the world can a consultant get 80 million shares ..has anyone in the stock market ever done this before.. the bcsc and iiroc are looking at this case not me I lost money..they are calling it a scheme I do not get ..someone explain the 80 million shares to a consultant
