Synthian Shareholder Meeting August 13th

Synthian Shareholder Meeting August 13thIt is 104 pages, and details out the agreement between Synthian and Aphria for the LATAM acquisition. Wow! There sure are a LOT of big names involved including fairness and formal valuations by Haywood and Clarus. Gowlings is legal counsel. It’s a lot to read. I’m not a lawyer by any stretch. It seems there are caveats that protect Haywood and Clarus, however, it lists in detail the information (point form) provided by Synthian and Aphria that enabled them to make their assessments. It’s 104 pages, but definitely worth a look. Clearly this nightmare is keeping me awake. If this is a fraud, they certainly went to great lengths and details to fool a lot of well known firms, who wether they are indemnified or not, will look like fools having been fooled. Personally, I’m waiting to hear any news on this in the morning from Aphria. If it’s a fraud, well don’t we all look like idiots. Including these big companies that provide their fairness assessments. I find it hard to beleive, but I guess this sh@t can happen
