Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

This is the kind of response you give when you have nothing to say. It was not about Vic's confidence, it was about investor confidence. Vic admits he spent 3.1M yesterday buying his own tanking stock. I mean out of 700M funneled out I highly doubt anything less than half stuck to Vic's hands, so he spending 3M is hardly heroic . Lol. It is a really really bad and very vague response to something highly detailed and concrete that basically spells frawd and money laundering. Investor confidence is one thing, investigators won't be so easily convinced by happy go lucky rhetoric though. Mind-boggling. These guys had such a good thing going, why would you risk it all by getting dirty like that? It was not even a sophisticated scheme. Guess money makes you blind.
