Most explorers don't have eight holes well timed to reportGold is still behaving nicely. We'll see.
NUG is also behaving better. Again, we will see. U. S. stock markets are closed tomorrow for Bush's funeral.
I'd like to think drilling is near done. Those steel drills, must be freezing. Kids don't touch your tongues to steel. On November 27th, a week ago, they were working on Deep Rift, and had two Foothills holes yet to complete. There was mention of two, perhaps three rigs. Perhaps they are working on the final two holes, then off to assay. Presumably some assays are underway.
Elko weather. There was about 1/2" precipitation two weeks ago, and another 1/2" a week ago. There was .06" in the final days of November, and .16" precip. on the 1st. My guess is it was light snow. Around here, Denver, I think the dry air and soil would evaporate it.
Bottom line: It is really nice to know there are some well timed holes to be announced, that could draw attention to NUG at a favorable time for gold. We'll see.
Santa, we've been pretty good boys & girls. For my fellow shareholders, it sure would be nice to have 1 of those 8 holes come back over 10 g/t. If you can manage that, anytime by January 10th, I know that's asking a lot. If you think we've been real good, Santa, and if it's not too much to ask, a second hole, maybe 5 g/t would be spectacular. We'll leave cookies & milk for you.
We promise to behave better next year. -If you uh, deliver. You bet we believe.
