ensure the marijuana being sold to the public is safe, legal and high quality
verify tax and royalty payments
keep all levels of the process honest
monitor the marketplace

I can see this being very appealing for the Provinces to ensure the weed source is legal and they are getting all the taxes they are due. Plus this could cut down on recalls if they can source the problem product quickly to the source. If CYX can land a single province or governmental entity this play could get real crazy in a short period of time. But right now we are still in limbo until Roger sets this platform free on the world.
