Mining companies such as Fortune Minerals who are in the same boat have not even considered a reverse split. The only time you should be really considering that is if you are about to be forcibly delisted (which is not the case) and even then, that normally spells trouble. Reverse splits are a mear accounting trick that is easily seen for what it is...

Maybe I am misunderstanding so if you could clarify your position on it?
