sorry just does not work that way canacord does not simply wip out 46 million in cash and say sell us shares at 2.50 and oh by the way we will take all the 3.25 warrents we can get;; IF(and they dont) Cannacord wanted to own that much of PAT they would have bought it all at a 1.70(example) in the last fall down
