Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:The True Value of APHRIA.

  1. The APHA response to the Short Report is weak and the absences of Vic on TV defending himself and the company is damning.
  2. Vic, Cole, and John & The Board of Directors need to resign immeidately.    If they did not profit from the purchase of the LATAM assets then they are at the very least incompetent.    They no loinger can be trusted to run this company.   The only option to protect their own and shareholder interstes in terms of SP, is to resign and let a respected team oversee the decisions going forward.
  3. A new board needs to be brought in and deal with either a sale of the company to another LP or a sale of the assets.   The path will most likely be determined based on whether the stock is halted, and investation takes place on the LATAM dealings.
  4. The value of APHA is going to be derrived from their Canadian Operations.   I live in the area and can confirm that they have built the best in class facilities for greenhouse cultivation of Cannabisin Canada.   They will have the ability to produce up to 200,000KG of Cannabis in 2019.  There is still tremendous value in these facilities, and the licences/supply agreements that they hold.
  5. The value of APHA stock is now based on the value of purely it's assets.  The value is still significant.  The company and it's board of directors can no longer be trusted.

Disclaimer: I hold a position in APHA, have lost a tremendous amount of value and am as discusted as everyone else.

What we all should realize is that the short report is false and prepared to only protect their short position and anybody who appears to be sucked in by the short report allegations on this forum most definitely have ulterior motives.
Read my lips, Aphria will continue to expand globally, Vicand his Management team are the best and their report was very professional and they are pursuing legal action against the shorter fefamatory allegations against Aphria.
This shorter company allegations against Aphria are completely false .. The shorter company and its minions should be ignored.
And now another ignored button push, it it like flushing the toilet, good by.
