Good luck to you Vic/AphiaMany of us know that Aphria is an innocent victim of the fraudulent short attack and the shorter attacks have created such fear mongering that the share price has spiralled down which was the objective of the shorters.
I am fortunate that I can buy more all the way down and time is on my side, I can wait for the rebound.
Vic unfortunately has been advised by legal counsel to not get in a public debate with these criminals, and leave the matter with lawyers to att@ck the shorters. Vic prepared a great update on the LATAM deal and SOL has also assured Aphria investors and the investment community that the short report is false and the deal was totally above board and without any wrongdoing by Vic or Aphria.
This is a difficult time for us longs but it will pass and hopefully the short report authors will be held responsible for their criminal activity .
