to slide the consolidation under the radar.
All the BOD is doing is lining their pockets with options and salaries!!  Thats right, they're paying themselves already!! I quess its hard work enacting treason.
They're selling non-core assets? but I dont see any drilling, no assays,,,,, just options, salaries, and voting in more dicklords to pay.
Where's the 11 cent offer?  They said it in their news releases!!!

I got my package in the mail today- "Withhold X 6, and "Against X 5.
