Crazy price ....even with a 50% divi cut this would still yield a juicy 8.5%  with a low payout ratio... looks like tax loss selling , fear and maybe short 
selling all combined..... nxt week my 30 days are up pre q3 release..   will buy back all
shares sold plus more...
