Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:This guy is the fraud

RE:This guy is the fraud
That guy is brilliant. Unlike Vic and Co. He did not say the whole company of Aphria is a fraud (cause it isn't). But what he did say can hardly be proven wrong. I am not under any legal obligations so I will tell you exactly how it is. Andy came to Vic and said something like: "Yo, you know how this crazy SP won't last? I got this plan how we can keep some of it for ourselves." And Vic being the old greedy fool said: "Ok I am listening." And that, my friend, lead to what's legally known as fraud, embellishment and money laundering. When you sell stuff to yourself at hyperinflate price and split the profits. There are actual criminal charges for that. Andy knows. He is a seasoned broker. He just thought that nobody will pay attention with all the hype and barrage of news. 70M, 700M - who cares. Wrong.
