Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I doubt ...

I doubt ...I doubt Vic Neufeld, former President and CEO of Jamieson Laboratories, is going to suddenly ruin his reputation by committing fraud. It seems pretty obvious that the MJ sector is very competitive ... other companies know that Aphria had/has a lot of potential, so they want to try to take it down. Just read all the recent press releases about what they had going on and how they were working on global expansion. The shorter's report has take Aphria down for the moment, but I think the company will be vindicated and the share price will eventually bounce back, though it could take quite a while to restore confidence. Someone funded that report for a reason. Funny it happened after the NYSE listing too.
