I think it is definitely a possibility. Or it could just be a total pump job, but either I way, I won't say I don't like the rumor floating around... One thing is for sure, and that is the sample sizes are getting bigger. Specifically the high-purity 99% 45 micron micronized graphite, and the spherical 20 micron material. Those materials are been tweeted about multiple times throughout the year in increasing sample sizes. One date to keep an eye on is December 18th. That is the date the New York Regional Economical Development awards are announced, of which Novocarbon's Advanced Carbon Manufacturing facility has been nominated as a priority project for the Western New York Region. The facility is located adjacent to Ashland's facility and is a designated brownfield redevelopment land so they should be in line for several public funding grants during this awarding round. (New York has a consolidated funding approach where entities apply one time for all New York economic development grants.)
