CUF REIT again grinds up futher to Board "refresh"

CUF REIT again grinds up futher to Board "refresh"
Despite the miserable day in markets, after 5%+ steady grind upwards yesterday, CUF is just grinding steadily higher, up now another 2.7% for the day.
And not only numbers are noteworthy, but the reason and the way it happens.
News was that the last remains of past disaster "board" were thrown out.
The grind higher is not jumpy but very very steady, penny at a time, with large volume patiently scooping up every offer.
Meaning some big money has changed their opinion about this (up to yesterday) completely disaster stock.
And when big money does that, the turnaround is usually more profound rather than relatively puny but highly touted purchases by few insiders, as is in HOT case now, and in the past was happening with CUF, as the stock was just trickiling down.
Time to kick those value destroyers (some even partially "retired" after pillaging SH money and selling bloated exclusive managemt agreement) out and set up some seriuos value creators and activists on the board of HOT as well asap.
