Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Part 2!!!Your last sentence alone fits with the theory that this happened because others are trying to keep Aphria down because they're afraid it's about to explode in a good way. List on NYSE ... hit by shorter-seller report ... add it up.

The only real rebuttal is about the Jamaican farm. But like I said what may save them is that this conduct happened before they listed on the NYSE. They still may have to reimburse shareholders for loss/deception and will get delisted from the NYSE. If they had never listed on the NYSE they probably would’ve gotten away clean.
