RE:RE:RE:I'd rather be
RE:RE:RE:I'd rather beFor sure, I mean its not set in stone, but Eric Costen (director general of cannabis legalization) in his presentation he stressed that they wanted large scale production and distribution done on a national level (I always liken an oilgopoly to the toothpaste brands haha) and theses large players: ACB WEED APH(to a lesser extent now) have already establsihed economies of scale, distribution and production. I dont see them letting MYM come to the party.
Now Mr Costen did say, almost plead, to get more applications in that were applying for a more "craft growery" as most applications focused on large scale grow ops. If MYM went that route (Laval) they could probably secure them a nicve piece of market share and be a profitable company. But, at this moment they are everywhere and nowhere.
Look at MYMs projections for revenue, they are basing it off of like $8 a gram. Retail doesnt even charge that here in BC. I bought an OZ of blueberry kush last week for $90. The wholesalers are only going to get like $3-4/gram.
I just dont see how they are going to make things work. GLTA though
