RE:RE:?One correction, here: It's not "The units are composed of a common share and a warrant." Per the press release "Each Unit will be comprised of one Common Share and one quarter Common Share Purchase Warrant." The "quarter" is important because it entails less eventual dilution potential. Aside from that, good explanation.
