RE:RE:Catch and KillMalcolm... I find that I agree with your posts and points more often than not, but I have to wonder about the logic of a JV if NXE can do it on their own. CCO should be neutralized for some time which should give NXE a fairly clear path from what I see. 

I have been invested in promising junior mining companies in past and they brought in deeper pockets either as a means of raising needed capital or as a potential partner only to be blindsided. In each case it was unfortunately giving the fox the run of the henhouse. It ended up poorly for the retail investors.  

Based on what I have experienced in past I would be looking to reduce my holdings if that occurred. I'd much rather see a competitive buyout offer than a JV, but my preference is seeing this go all the way to production to maximize the potential returns here.
