I honestly don't expect much to change until early 2019, when revenues from winter heating etc come into play and Solar has been discounted. 

That's why I asked what was happening with Solar. Just because they closed the offices doesn't mean all of the bloodletting is over. There will be costs accrued with all such things. 

IF THEY ARE BEING HONEST, All should be well.
