RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Wow!!!!!!!!IMHO the use of “substantially” just allows for the continuation of Verengo, apparently at a small loss. If it means more, I’m not seeing it.

To me, that means they haven't gotten rid of the bleeding as much as they had hoped and those statements may be ambiguous with what they aren't saying. 

I'm not saying they haven't disclosed everything but where is it disclosed and is it readily perceptible to "small time retail investors" such as ourselves.
