Makes one ponder whether Acreage already has eyes on a dance partner for major up-capitalization and valuation. Could be anybody from Amazon to Starbucks to PepsiCo, Interbrew, a distiller, who knows but a big buy-in and synergy with either a manufacturer, national brand marketer, or a big retail footprint must surely be one of the logical next steps to keep up with the capital growth and investment required.
