What's Up

What's UpI'm a huge believer in this company but I just exited my position.  Thats not to say I won't jump back in later today at say 12:30 when it dips below 11 again.  But something fishy is going on with the way the stock is trading .   I'm not sure if they are holding it down or holding it up.  But I have placed trades multiple times that have been filled immediately on both the ask and bid when when I have set orders .25 away from what I see on level II.  does anyone have any insight?
