Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. RE:RE:Diageo Deal Is Close

RE:RE:Diageo Deal Is CloseTotally agree your point! Holding APH shares feels like sitting on the top of bomb because of the worst management in MJ sector which treated shareholders without respect at all. No interest to go back to this crupy again with huge loss in a couple of days this week!

RE:Diageo Deal Is Close
I agree that the other big tobacco and spirit brands might be scrambling to acquire companies after Altria today, but this bad press with executives will not impress any of the established firms in closing a deal anytime soon, I would think. I mean just an opinion. I believe thousands of people including me lost thousands, hundreds of thousands, if not millions with their stop losses at the downward turn on this.

I feel many people that got burned aren't going to stand in the corner and not try to recover something, hence the lawsuits. Even if a deal is made, that would cause law firms to target aphria more because of the losses of investors this week.
