Pay a breakup fee of $12 million or suck it in and pay the current $113.5 million shortfall at $0.34/ps?
Maybe I’ll renegotiate?

When BBI issued the last news release that said the PP was still at 34 cents, BBI was trading at 22. If the PP buyers had wanted to reprice, it would have been done before BBI issued that management info circular. Before the MIC came out, I was worried it might happen. But now, no way.
Any move by the Pipestone backers would trigger that breakup fee, payable to BBI.
So anyone that says there is going to be a repricing, hasn't done any DD, and/or is just a blatant liar.
Honestly can you stop your misleading posts? The first decline in the share price was caused by the announced merger. So in the future any company can issue a press release which causes the share price of the other company to go down and then some weeks later come back and wants to renegotiate? That’s hilarious. Enough said.
