Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:who hold who sold ?

RE:RE:who hold who sold ?Exactly! The biggest problem for APHA is the reaction of the management behind the attack of shorters. Totally lost credit from the shareholders, hopefully, the management isn't involed in the scandal, but we doubt it because they all hide behind the scam because of fearness. Very soon the fact is going to come out.

They should have appointed an outisde independent audit team to review the transaction not board members.   The results will have no credibility now.   The other possibility is maybe the board is upset with Vic and created this committee without Vic's support to get to the bottom of it.   Either way, I'm looking for something to convince me to get back in...and I have little hope that I will see anything of substance.

And I think its more than suspicious that Altria buys into Cronos the same week that Aphria gets smashed.   Cronos now has the cash to come after Aphria.   And so does WEED.   One way or another,  I think Aphria is about to become a footnote in Cdn stock market history.
