Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:It usually takes about 5 to 6 weeks for a company to do You are both absolutely right, along with Atheena. What I am not happy about is 2 years ago we had to choose which mj co. was going to get our attention (and our money).  We went with the one that had the best management..........or so we thought.  You are all correct.  Vic has got to go.

Vic let us down by not getting a deal done and also by allowing these allegations to go unanswered witht an on camera interview immediately. It should have been easy to poke holes in the story. Brady Cobb did a better job of standing up for Aphria than Vic.

Some of us have lost a lot and it's been devasting. I want this company to suceed and am hoping to see some positive changes soon. GLTA

So if we gague the timeline when the AGM occurred Nov 2 of 2018. It is posible that Vic knew the deal with Altria was a bust. Meaning that many of the Aphria bullboard members who attended the AGM were lied to directly by Vic. Many quoted Vic as saying that American Thanksgiving we may have something for you. This was quoted by many who had managed to speak to Vic in a small group. If one looks at the share price action it was already starting to lower more then it's peers. Meaning the deal with Altria was a no go. I believe that Vic was lying to those people.

Coke no to Aphria
Molson Coors no to Aphria
Diageo looks like a no now to Aphria
Altria No to Aphria.

Commonality is Vi's failure as a CEO. I do not believe all these deals were bad deals. The problem is Vic who has led Aphria into  questionable business practices theme has to be removed. Aphria needs to clean house and you start at the top. Aphria is in this position because of Vic Neufeld. No one else. Vic made the decisions, he is the face of the business. In order to get thru this and have the share price recover fire Vic Neufeld plain and simple. Throw the cuffs on him and remove him from the property.
